Job Summary:
Responsible for the delivery of committed services to, and the attainment of set revenue targets from, a specific business area. The position manages the daily operations to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business area are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business-related courses
- At least five (5) years of work experience in sales and area management, two (2) years of which in a managerial capacity
- Must have a good understanding of the water business
- With excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to manage cross-department coordination
- With a strong customer service mindset
- An established network within the area/territory is an advantage
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly analytical
