JOB SUMMARY:
Provides overall guidance and direction to the Project Management Department in defining project management strategies in alignment with the various stakeholders and delivering projects within defined construction metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer with a PRC license
- With at least five (5) years of managerial experience in Project Management in a big water supply project
- Should have experience in the water distribution projects or other related fields and in overseeing small, medium, and big construction projects
- Must have strong understanding of formal Project/Construction Management methodologies
- With strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD operation and other project management tools
- Must have very strong work ethics, integrity, and practices impartiality
